Cornella Farm aims to be an escape from the everyday - Our vision is to share this beautiful 65 Acre property as a space where people with a disability can immerse themselves in learning, creativity & enjoy the peace of farm life. Since 2021, we've grown into a space that not only offers Level 2 & 3 Support Coordination, an art studio but also a unique skills development program complete with a fully equipped car and tools workshop.
Our dream is to eventually provide inclusive & supported overnight accommodation.
Currently on the farm we have a varied range of birds - most of whom will greet you with a whistle or "Hello", chickens, baby chicks are always in the shed and turkeys roam free depending on the time of year, Two Dorper Sheep - Galliano and Sambuca, Guinea fowl, Skittles the Blue and Gold McCaw who has multiple phrases and shrieks then there is Jack the Shepherd All our animals love to be talked to and most love to be hand fed. Jack is very excitable and will do anything for constant attention.
Feel free to sit outside and soak in their personalities or have a chat with them when you visit.

LEVEL 2
Level 2 NDIS Support Coordination is a comprehensive service
that provides individuals with disabilities with a higher level
of support. This level of support is typically provided to
individuals who require additional assistance to access and
coordinate the services they need to live independently.
Support Coordinators at this level work with individuals to
develop a support plan, connect them with appropriate services, and provide ongoing support.
LEVEL 3
Level 3 Support Coordination is the highest level of
Support Coordination. This level of support is designed for individuals with disabilities who require specialised assistance and support to access and coordinate services.
Specialist Support Coordinators have specialised training and expertise in a particular area of need, such as mental health, housing, or complex support needs. They work with individuals to develop a comprehensive support
plan and connect them with the services and resources they
need to live independently.
Some Plans have Level 2 & 3 Indicated and Cornella Farm can facilitate supports to both Levels for the same participant.
Currently supporting Self & Plan Managed Participants only.
Rates as per current NDIS Price guide NDIS Customers invoices will be sent to Plan Manager/Plan Nominee following service. Service Agreement required.
